I use full synthetic in mine. others say that synthetic will seep thru gaskets, especially if you used dinosaur oil previously.

The OEM spark plug for our '17-'20 124 Spiders is a NGK SIKR9A7. Fiat recommends you change these plugs at 30,000 miles (48,000 km). I would recommend sooner, maybe at 25,000 miles, as I have heard (but not personally seen) of problems due to wear before the 30k mile mark.
