No active plans. At least, none announced. For the past 2 expansions, ANet has focused on releasing Elite specializations (new subclasses) for existing professions instead of adding new ones. That said, with the change to the new expansion model, maybe that'll change. We won't know until ANet says so.

The other big thing is, unlike the other reply in the comments, I'm less inclined to think you can just adapt any given class and map it to an existing class as a subclass. Guild Wars 2 professions have defining mechanics that are important for the feel of the class. Ideally, if time permits, you want to build them from the ground up.
